Lori began her career in real estate in 2011 at EXIT Realty Paragould, became an executive broker in 2017, and became the Principal Broker/Owner of Paragould Realty PRO in 2019. The company was renamed Journey Real Estate in March 2023. Prior to becoming an agent she co-owned and managed a title company for 7 years and was a licensed title insurance agent. Lori has lived in Greene County most of her life and knows the area well. She is a member of the Paragould Board of Realtors, the Arkansas Realtors Association, and the National Association of Realtors.
Lori is married to Marcus Dowdy and has two grown children and twin granddaughters. She is an active member at Westview Baptist Church.
Kim Kellums

Kim Kellums was born and raised near Marmaduke and is a graduate of Marmaduke High School. She later obtained a degree in education from Arkansas State University and went on to a career as a teacher. .
Kim began her real estate career in 2014 and received her broker’s license in 2017. In 2014 she received the Rookie of the Year Award with Exit Realty and has continued to receive awards for her sales.
She is married to David Kellums and is the mother of three sons who are her pride and joy. She has been blessed with three wonderful daughters-in-law and is a Mimi to Ben, Kate and her Angel Luke.
Kim loves keeping her grandchildren and spending time with family and friends. She is an active member of 7thand Mueller Church of Christ, where she teaches 3 year olds and helps in the nursery. She also loves selling real estate!!
